Eligibility: Student must be graduating in 2015. The student’s parent or guardian must be a member of the Capital Region CSEA. Student must be accepted into a course of study in communications, labor relations or a labor related interest such as: history, economics, law, political science, sociology or journalism at an accredited institution of higher education in New York State. Application must include an official transcript and SAT scores, a short essay on the topic: Please choose a man or woman in Labor’s History and describe his/her impact on the present day labor movement, a copy of your acceptance letter to college with the program you have been accepted.
